Thanksgiving Weekend Day 3 (Turkey Day)

We started the morning with a hike up North Mountain. (I forgot my camera) Then, it was time for pancakes! Julianne went right to work. She is a great hostess. :):):)

The kids made crafts, and my nephew, Daniel, drew some pictures. He is only in first grade, and his art looks as good as some of my fifth graders' work. What a gift!

We also got busy cooking. Thank you Howie and Monica for peeling ALL the potatoes! What a chore. They were straight from the ground in Idaho. Thank you Grandpa Rick for bringing them down with you. What a mess they were, but they sure tasted AWESOME!
The kids waiting to go to Uncle Kyle and Aunt Cindy's house for dinner.
Waiting for supper!
Matt and Monica, I think you should use this picture for your Christmas card. You all look great!

Thank you for coloring with Julianne, Keira! She loves you.

Lauren was giving Jack a pep talk about sharing. You gotta love girls!
Then the turkey arrived!
and the yummy side dishes.
and...Jack was first in line for dessert. He is SO his father's son.

We ended the night with a little peace when the kids wanted to get into the dog kennel. It was super funny.

It was a GREAT Thanksgiving.
