When we first got there we dropped our stuff and headed to the lava caves. It was chilly down there, but so much fun! Julianne went the whole mile and whole mile out on her own legs!
The next day we went into Oak Creek and took the Call of the Wild Hike. It was beautiful!!! The kids had a blast in the creek (the boys went in their undies) and the weather was perfect!!!
The kids found a bunch of furry caterpillars and created a little village for them.
We ALL got beat up playing a group game of capture the flag. So fun, but we were so soar, and roughed up.
I told everyone to look silly! The kids were dancing on the chairs.
We had such a great time with their family! I can't wait to rent the cabin again soon! Thanks Pestka Family!!!
On the way home we stopped in Sedona to see Aunt Connie who was there on vacation with her friend Q.
What an awesome fall break!
