Grandpa Jack

Howie's father, Jack, passed away on July 22.  We will always remember his kind heart, and patience.  He was a good man that was easy to get along with and love.  He will be greatly missed.

We are thankful that we were able to see him and spend time with him over the Fourth of July holiday, and that our children were able to build a relationship with him during the time he lived with us.  Julianne still prays at night for Howie's parents and talks to them while laying in bed.  I hope  she never ends that.

We had a memorial for him at Brian and Sue's house.  Everyone shared stories and we enjoyed time as a family.

The following day we went to the beach before heading back home.
