It is obvious that this year sort of got away from me on our family blog. There were a few reasons professionally- new principal, big adjustments for both kids, a new teammate who had never taught third grade before, but the truth is... my camera broke. It happened right around Christmas and I was already about three months behind on our blog. I literally fell into denial and was extremely upset about the pictures that I lost. I spent from Thanksgiving until now hoping that somehow, miraculously, my camera would be able to recover our great memories. I have finally come to terms with the fact (after seeing three repair men) that it needs to be tossed. So, goodbye camera, and hello blog.
September and October were filled with exciting events. A fun trip to Sedona to see my mom and Rick, a new soccer team for Jack, a new volleyball team for Julianne, and soccer, volleyball, piano, repeat. Jack got his braces off, and Halloween was a great memory. Jack dressed up as an American Ninja Warrior and Julianne was a mermaid. The tail annoyed her after about an hour so she ripped it off and became a gymnast. We had chili with Fritos for dinner and spent a large amount of time trick-or-treating.
Now for some pictures with a post! I did have a few from my phone, but the bulk of them were on my camera. UGH!!!
